Ham Gillett, Outreach Coordinator for the S. Windsor/Windham Counties Solid Waste Management District (SWWCSWMD) gave a brief presentation at Windsor Public Library about the new legislation and how it affects individuals and businesses. The presentation is available for viewing on Windsor on Air.
