How to get a library card

Windsor residents are entitled to a free library card. Non-Windsor residents pay $15 annually for an out-of-town membership (or $20 for an out-of-town family membership.)

To get a library card, come to the library and bring proof of who you are and where you live. This can be a state ID (driver's license, etc.,) or passport. If your current address isn't on your ID, you will also need to show us proof of where you live such as a rental agreement, electric bill, or even an envelope addressed to you at your current address with a canceled stamp.

If you are physically unable to come to the library but want to get a library card, please email librarian@windsorlibrary.org.
