The Windsor Library now has a technology volunteer providing one-on-one assistance with software troubleshooting, password resets for both email and phone accounts and more. Assistance is provided by appointment and will be scheduled at the library, usually on Monday evenings or Fridays. If you are having a technology problem, please email librarian@windsorlibrary.org, let us know what’s going on, and we can set up a half-hour appointment for you. When you come for your appointment, please have your passwords with you (if known) and your email address. Our volunteer is most familiar with Apple products, but can also research and provide assistance for Androids as well. She can assist with iPads, iPhones and some Android issues, as well as a few Mac software issues.
